Governing your use of our website and all manufacturing, engineering, and quoting services provided by Dongguan HuaLin Silicone Rubber Products Co., Ltd.

By accessing our website, submitting a request for a quote, or uploading design files, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are acting on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website (hualinsili.com) and any related manufacturing, engineering, and quoting services we provide. Please read these Terms carefully before engaging with our services.

Section 01

Quotations, DFM Reviews, and Orders

All engagements begin with a transparent, engineering-led process. We want you to understand exactly how estimates, DFM reviews, and binding orders work before a single part is made.

Estimates & DFM Reviews

We provide free Design for Manufacturability (DFM) reviews and customised quotations based on the 3D drawings, specifications, and requirements you submit. All initial quotes are estimates and are subject to change if product designs, material requirements, or production volumes are modified prior to final order confirmation.

Order Acceptance

A manufacturing order is only considered legally binding once a formal Purchase Order (PO) or Proforma Invoice (PI) has been signed by both parties and the agreed-upon initial deposit has been received. No production begins without written confirmation from both sides.

Response Time Commitment

We strive to provide a 24-hour engineering response time for all inquiries. You will always receive a reply from a real engineer — not an automated system.

Intellectual Property and Confidentiality (NDA)

We understand that your designs are your most valuable asset. Our policies are built around protecting them — unconditionally.

Your Intellectual Property: We operate under a strict "NDA & Confidentiality Guaranteed" framework. Your 3D drawings, design concepts, and proprietary product information will never leave our building or be shared with unauthorised third parties.
Formal NDA: We are fully prepared to sign your company's formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before you share any confidential files. Simply send it over — no hesitation.
Our Intellectual Property: All content on this website — including factory photographs, video tours, graphics, and text — is the exclusive property of HuaLin Silicone and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our website content without prior written permission.

Section 03

In-House Tooling and Mold Ownership

We operate a dedicated in-house tooling centre equipped with high-speed CNC and EDM machines. Here is how tooling ownership and custody works across our partnership.

Tooling Services

All mold design and fabrication is handled entirely in-house — protecting your IP and accelerating T1 sample lead times by up to 50%.

Mold Ownership

Upon full payment of the agreed-upon mold and tooling fees, the physical molds become the exclusive property of the client.

Mold Protection

While stored at our facility, we handle routine maintenance and safe custody. Your molds will never be used to manufacture parts for any other client.

Quality Assurance and Production Standards

Quality is not a feature — it is a contractual commitment. Our three-stage verification system is built into every order from day one.

Stage 01

IQC

Incoming Quality Control — raw material verification before production begins.

Stage 02

IPQC

In-Process Quality Control — FAI approval and patrol inspection throughout production.

Stage 03

FQC

Final Quality Control — 100% inspection and traceable report before every shipment.

First Article Inspection (FAI)

Before mass production begins, we conduct a First Article Inspection (FAI) to lock in dimensional accuracy. Mass production commences only upon your written approval of the FAI samples.

Defect Claims & Tolerances

Parts are manufactured according to agreed-upon 2D/3D drawings and specified tolerances. Any claims regarding defective parts must be submitted within an agreed timeframe (typically 30 days after receiving the shipment), accompanied by detailed inspection reports.

Section 05

Lead Times, Delivery, and Export

Estimated Timelines

All provided lead times — including accelerated T1 sample turnarounds — are estimates based on current production capacity. Lead times begin only after tooling payment is received and final drawings are approved by both parties.

Export Coordination

We offer shipping coordination, documentation support, and packaging solutions to simplify international logistics. Our team will assist with freight booking, customs documentation, and carton-level specifications.

Force Majeure

HuaLin Silicone shall not be liable for any delays in production or delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, global supply chain disruptions, customs delays, or government actions. We will notify you promptly and work collaboratively to minimise impact.

Section 06

User Conduct and File Uploads

When using our secure file upload system to request a quote, you agree that you will not upload any files containing malicious software, viruses, or materials that infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party. You represent and warrant that you have the right to share any design files submitted to us.

Section 07

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HuaLin Silicone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities — arising out of or related to your use of our website or manufacturing services.

Liability Cap

Our total liability for any claim arising from a specific order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that specific order. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.

Section 08

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these Terms or business transactions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dongguan, Guangdong, China.
